In fact, it’s too many to list here… because she’s won over 500! Yes. You read that right. Our queen of styling is UNDISPUTED! She has out-paced, out-styled, and out-lasted just about everyone. Even well-known Hollywood stylists come to her to sharpen their skills. And now with her first ever hot tool, you get to literally bring a legend a home! She’s waited a long time for a product she believes in. And this is it.

    You’ll receive a confirmation email and your order will be processed within 5 business days, plus shipping times. All our shipping information can be found HERE, and there is also a shipping FAQ section below.

    Yes, we ship worldwide! By the way, our headquarters are in Australia.

    Please note that at present we currently ship with an Australian power plug no matter where you live. If you are unable to use an Australian plug in your region, please purchase a high quality adapter suited to your specific needs. Remember - you get what you pay for, so choose quality. We assume no responsibility for use of adapters. But we can say that raving fans of the ELEVATE around the globe have been enjoying it without any challenges.


    Orders shipped to Australia and NZ will not incur any taxes or duties, however, shipments to other countries may incur extra charges payable such as, but not limited to, duties or taxes that relate to your destination. You are solely liable for these fees.

    The standard processing time for Australian orders is 3-5 business days. After orders are processed, delivery time within Australia is 3-6 days, and 10-21 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or special offers, these times may vary.

    Please also note that due to Covid-19, there could be unexpected delays. We are working as fast as we can to pump up the volume all around the world, and will do our very best to get your order out to you quickly.


    If Australia Post fails to deliver the first time, you should have the option for collection within approximately one week from your local postal sorting office (unless you’ve given permission for your parcel to be left somewhere safe). If you live outside of Australia, the service may vary from country to country. Contact your local carrier in the first instance if your parcel has not arrived, and use the tracking number we provided.

Warranty & Returns


    We’re sorry if your product arrives faulty or defective. The ELEVATE PRO STYLER is created to the highest standards, and we take great pride in our product. But if you believe there is an issue with your tool when it arrives, we'll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.

    In the first instance, please email us at within 5 business days of receiving your order and include the following details (that way we can assess the situation and possibly provide further information that may resolve the issue easily):

    -Order number (you need to have purchased it directly from our website)
    -Description of the fault (photographic or video evidence is preferred)
    -Your best contact number

    Once we have all those details, we will come back to you with the next steps. Should the product be faulty on arrival to you, we will happily offer you a full replacement, including covering any further postage/shipping costs.

    Sure – but timing is everything! Just be quick and email us at - We will do our best to stop our busy team packing your precious cargo – but we work hard to ship the same day, so make sure you email us straight away. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, it's yours. You can also check out Refund Policy HERE.


    Of course, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products, but if for any reason you feel your ELEVATE PRO STYLER is not performing as it should be within the Warranty period, any faulty products will be covered under the manufacturers 12-month warranty.

    This warranty does not apply to accessories that from time to time may be supplied with the product.

    For warranty claims you will need to submit a proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt that displays the date and confirmation you purchased the styler directly from our website. Email this to:

    Please include photographic or video evidence of the fault.

    We will come back to you with the next steps. The item may need to be sent back to us for investigation. Our customer support team will work with you to rectify any issues, and if appropriate, a repair or replacement will be organised for faulty products. If the tool is found to be faulty, delivery costs will be refunded back to you.

    Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

    Warranty only covers manufacturer's faults. We are unable to repair or replace products that have been used improperly, modified, or repaired or damaged by anyone not authorised and instructed by us. Please ensure you read the ELEVATE PRO STYLER instructions carefully before use.

    DO NOT operate the product with a damaged plug or cord, or if the unit has been dropped, damaged or exposed to water. To avoid the risk of electric shock, DO NOT disassemble or attempt to repair the appliance on your own. The instructions that came with the tool contain further details.

Using the Product

    Here’s the simple great news. PRETTY MUCH! It’s suitable for fine, thick, long, or short hair. Check out our video ‘How To’ guide to better get to know what you can achieve depending on your hair type. If you already have naturally course textured or curly big volume hair that doesn’t need a helping hand, you’re one of the lucky few who may not need the ELEVATES help! You can always email our team (we’d love it if you include a picture of your hair!) just to be sure:


    One of the great features of the ELEVATE PRO STYLER is that is has 3 temperature settings to choose from: 140°C, 160°C and 180°C. For example, Sharon loves to use 180°C in normal circumstances, but if you have fine or damaged hair, she recommends you choose a lower setting. Choosing the heat setting that’s right for you will help you get the best result whilst protecting your hair. Our ‘How To’ area goes into more detail.


    We say no (but of course you get to decide)! That’s the beauty of this styler – it does an exceptional job of creating volume at the roots with just a few clicks (Want to see how it works? We’ve got you covered HERE).

    If you have a styling product you just can’t do without – our tool will still give you the love and the volume – so go ahead and use it. We’re not here to break up a great relationship between you and your favourite products! (Just make sure your hair is dry when using the ELEVATE).


    Only use the styler on dry hair – this will allow the magic to happen!
